We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a notice
Send takedown notices to support@goodesign.si with subject “DMCA Notice”, including: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the allegedly infringing material on our service; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Valid notices are processed promptly: we remove or disable the reported material and notify the account holder. Repeat infringers lose access to the service.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same formality requirements; we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless we receive notice of legal action.
